Westchase was started in 1991 in unincorporated northwest Hillsborough County, and today the Westchase Community Association covers 3,514 homes in 33 neighborhoods. It is the largest deed-restricted community in the area, and its Residential Guidelines reach further into the garage than most people expect.

The guidelines require garage doors to be kept closed when not in use, so a finished floor here is mostly for you rather than the street.
